Now we are going to have HIIT sessions at IH.
So if you are tired of sedentary life, want to burn some calories, achieve the summer body or even just do some indoor exercise...

Come join us every Thursday at 5:30 pm at the Squash Courts.

Want to hear the good part? 
The session lasts only 30 min, after that, you are already good to go :)
