While racing toward the town of Red Rock in post-Civil War Wyoming, bounty hunter John "The Hangman" Ruth (Kurt Russell) and his fugitive prisoner (Jennifer Jason Leigh) encounter another bounty hunter (Samuel L. Jackson) and a man who claims to be a sheriff. Hoping to find shelter from a blizzard, the group travels to a stagecoach stopover located on a mountain pass. "Boyhood" is original in that it filmed over a 12 year period, with the same actor growing up. The story line goes as "The life of Mason, from early childhood to his arrival at college." -IMDb. 

It won 1 Oscar in 2015 for "Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role" for Patricia Arquette. 

It is also rated a perfect score of 100 on Metascore! 

This is definitely worth a watch :)
